Confirmation There have been a lot of cancellations due to weather that area being made up. There will be a cookie bake next week and another meeting.
First Reconciliation This went well. Looking at St. Paul for the site of 1st communion. Still need Father to okay this. Sending out letters to parents to change the date to April 22nd at 10 am at St Paul so as to not confuse parishioners on the 1st weekend mass not being at St Johns. This way there will not be any mass changes.
First Communion Parent Meeting This went well according to Linda.

Evaluations: home school, textbooks, and classrooms Overall there are no problems. Have not received the evals from St Paul catechists yet. There is a slight problem with the 1st grade books being difficult to read and the teacher guide being user friendly for all grades. Linda will look into changing the 1st grade books by getting samples.
VBS Ann will be the coordinator at St. Michael June 11 15th . She plans on having it from around 7am(This will allow for parents who need early drop off due to work) 3pm. The children will bring their own lunches. It will be for preschool thru 6th grade. The theme is a treasure chest island. All children are welcome from the cluster.
